BOB AND GAIL BUSE

Bob and Gail have been active together in apostolic ministry since 1980. For 45 years they have traveled to more than 100 countries combined, preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. From house churches to corporate board rooms; from village hovels to nation-wide conferences, the Buses have connected with thousands of lives. Their vast cross-cultural experience helps them relate to all kinds of people and adapt to nearly every situation. Both are accomplished Bible teachers and move with the Holy Spirit.
The Buses’ ministry passion is to motivate and mobilize people for mission. They do this by awakening the Church to their mission in the world, leading people on short-term mission experiences and training full-time workers for the Lord’s harvest in mobile SPRINT schools.
Bob and Gail help others build on their call to serve by imparting truth and wisdom, providing practical and relevant information, inspiring a vision to “live like a sent one,” and encouraging the heart to finish well. They provide this service in the context of personal relationship, understanding people need the influence of “spiritual parents” in their lives. Together their unique personalities and gifting combined make a powerful impact wherever they go.
Bob and Gail have two married daughters and four grandchildren. They have been married for 45 years. When they are not traveling they reside in Brooksville, Florida.
Both are ordained ministers since 1979.
Both are graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Gail (1977); Bob (1980). Bob is a graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University with a degree in Ministry and Leadership.
Both are Certified Life Coaches through Ministry Coaching International. Gail has additional certification in Behavioral Analysis; Bob in Pastoral Counseling.
Both are highly qualified and experienced in Leadership Training, Team Building and Strategic Planning.
Doulos Global exists for the increase of God’s Kingdom through the preparation, motivation and mobilization of workers for His harvest.
This we do by conducting SPRINT Schools; leading short-term mission teams; sponsoring church planters; helping the local church connect to God’s mission; continuing to relate with those God gives us as partners.

BOB BUSE
Robert (Bob) Buse has been active in global ministry since 1980. He and his wife, Gail, have traveled to over 100 countries as representatives of God’s Kingdom. Much of Bob’s focus in overseas work has been in ministry to missionaries, national pastors, and church leaders. He has spoken extensively at conventions, crusades, churches, leadership conferences and Bible schools around the world.
Bob shares a profound yet practical knowledge of God’s word from his years of experience as a pastor and itinerate minister. The inspired message he brings motivates people to fulfill their God given potential. He has authored several books and numerous articles designed to help churches implement a mission strategy and mobilize. His particular burden is to help others fulfill the vision and call that God has given.
GAIL BUSE
Gail came to know the Lord Jesus at an early age and was filled with the Holy Spirit at age eleven. She experienced a supernatural call of God by the time she was twelve. Gail prepared for ministry and graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1977. By the age of nineteen, she was in full-time ministry and teaching foundational truths in the northeast New Jersey area. She met her husband, Bob, in 1978, and they were married in February 1979. Since then, Bob and Gail have traveled across the globe teaching, training and raising up leadership in the Body of Christ.
A passionate teacher of the Word, Gail has taught in churches, Bible schools, seminars, and leadership conferences. She administrated a Bible school in Frankfurt, Germany, from September 2003 until May 2006, while they lived in Germany as Directors of the European office for Faith Christian Fellowship.
Since God called her to the ministry, Gail has had a burden to see the Church’s foundation and believers built up and strengthened so that they can make known the truths of” Who we are in Christ” and the “revelation of our right standing before God.” It is her passion to see the believer walk free from fear and oppression and to express the life of God in this world!
